Pricing and turnaround for trade partners is set separately from retail. Once approved, everything moves through our private portal — saved logos, saved stitch locations, order history, and status updates in one place.

Consult
Send us your artwork, garment info, quantity, and any deadline. We review compatibility and get back to you the same business day with pricing and turnaround.

Digitize
Your logo is converted into a machine embroidery file with the exact stitch path, density, and thread colors. Once approved, the file is retained for future reorders — no re-charge on repeat runs.

Approve
We send a stitch preview so you can approve colors, size, and placement before we run production. Nothing hits the hoop until you sign off.

Stitch
Production runs on commercial embroidery machines using MADEIRA POLYNEON #60 weight thread — the professional standard for durable, sharp, long-lasting embroidery.

Deliver
Finished garments are inspected, folded, and packaged. Pick up at our Davie location, arrange local delivery, or ship anywhere in the country.

MADEIRA POLYNEON — #60 Weight.
Premium polyester embroidery thread engineered for professional finish. #60 weight allows fine detail, small text down to 4mm, and clean-looking stitches without bulk. Colorfast and bleach-resistant.

4" × 4" · 5" × 7" · 8" × 8" · 10" × 10" · Jumbo up to 12" × 15"
Standard hoop sizes cover most placements. Jumbo hoops handle large jacket-backs, blanket panels, and oversized designs.

Every placement has a recommended size range. We'll advise on placement + size when you send your artwork.

Maximum Density
Up to 100,000 stitches per garment.
Small logos usually run 4,000-12,000 stitches. Large jacket-backs and dense fills can run 40,000+. Stitch count is one of the main pricing inputs.
05 · Thread Library
Color Matching
MADEIRA POLYNEON library — 400+ stock colors.
PMS color matching available on request. Metallic and neon threads stocked for specialty jobs.
06 · Digitizing
Logo Setup
One-time digitizing per logo. Retained for reorders at no charge.
Your logo becomes a machine embroidery file (.EMB / .DST) with the stitch path, density, underlay, and thread breaks all planned. Complex logos get manual pathing — no auto-digitizing shortcuts.
07 · Turnaround
Production Time
Standard: 5-7 business days. Rush and same-day available.
Turnaround starts once artwork is approved. Rush upgrades quoted case-by-case based on schedule.
08 · File Formats

AI · EPS · PDF · SVG (vector preferred) · PNG · JPG (high resolution)
Vector artwork produces the cleanest digitizing. Pixel-based files work if the resolution is high enough — we'll flag anything we can't work with before you're charged.
